2023 MSC Artist Alley & Writer's Way table request

Description

Please send a minimum of 3 photo examples of your work, if not shown on your website. Please include a photo and short bio of yourself. Email examples/pic/bio to office@metropolischamber.com

 Artist Alley and Writers Way (AA/WW): 

  • Space includes 1 8ft table with 2 chairs 
  • Tablecloth may be rented for $15 – contact Chamber no later than 1 week before arrival for use of tablecloth.
  • AA/WW Table Fee is $100 and must be paid by May 19, 2023 

2023 AA/WW will be located at the SICIL building at 100 West 8th Street in Metropolis. 

Artist/Writer must commit to being at MSC all three days for the entire advertised venue time. Set-up will take place on Thursday June 8 between 4PM – 9PM. 

Artist/Writers will have early access Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 9 AM until 10 AM before doors open to the public.

Please note that all Artist Alley and Writers Way applications must be approved before being accepted in 2023 MSCAA/WW. If your application is approved we will email you with payment instructions.

Table space is limited. All applicants will be contacted no later than May 1 to confirm their acceptance.

AA/WW Table request is not a guarantee of table space. Please read the rules below.

Artist Alley & Writers Way General Info:

  • Present to May 1: Request for AA/WW tables accepted
  • May 1:  Approved Artist & Writers will be contacted 
  • May 12:  Last day to cancel and receive 50% refund on table fee (no refund after May 1)
  • May 19:  Table Fee must be paid in full
  • June 1:  Tablecloth reserved if needed.  
  • June 8:  Set up between 4PM–9PM
  • June 9:  Artist/Writer access 9AM–10AM
  • June 10: Artist/Writer early access 9AM-10AM
  • June 11 Artist/Writer early access 9AM-10AM
